BOOKING CONDITONS
- A non-refundable deposit is required of £100.00
per week per accommodation.
- The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- If we do not receive this balance, this will
be classed as a cancelled booking.
- If we have to cancel your booking, we will
endeavour to find you alternative accommodation,
however this cannot be guaranteed.
- If you cancel your booking after all monies
are paid, we will try and re-book this
And give you your money back minus the deposit, however if we could
not re-book,
all monies would be lost PLEASE NOTE INSURANCE DETAILS.
- In the event we have to cancel your booking
we will return all monies paid.
- Once you have completed the booking form and
signed to accept the booking conditions.
The contract between the said parties would be in place.
- The number of people on the booking form should
not exceed, unless you have informed the owner.
If you do not inform the owner, this could result in a revoked contract,
and you would have to
vacate the accommodation.
- If any complaints are extended against the
holidaymaker and matters cannot be resolved again
you would be in breech of contract and would have to vacate.
- The owner at anytime can enter the unit, you
would be given notice unless this was an emergency.
- Please keep the accommodation at all times
clean and tidy if any fixtures or fittings are damaged
we would ask you to replace them, or pay for any damages that occur.
- Any damages that do happen please report to
the owner ASAP. So that we can rectify the situation.
- In the event that any facilities are not available,
due to maintenance, we would try and get them
replaced immediately.
- You should ensure you have your own holiday
insurance

- We cannot be held responsible for any personal
effects.
YOU MUST TAKE INSURANCE COVER OUT FOR THE ABOVE REASONS.
