BOOKING CONDITONS

  • A non-refundable deposit is required of £100.00 per week per accommodation.
  • The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  • If we do not receive this balance, this will be classed as a cancelled booking.
  • If we have to cancel your booking, we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation,
    however this cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you cancel your booking after all monies are paid, we will try and re-book this
    And give you your money back minus the deposit, however if we could not re-book,
    all monies would be lost PLEASE NOTE INSURANCE DETAILS.
  • In the event we have to cancel your booking we will return all monies paid.
  • Once you have completed the booking form and signed to accept the booking conditions.
    The contract between the said parties would be in place.
  • The number of people on the booking form should not exceed, unless you have informed the owner.
    If you do not inform the owner, this could result in a revoked contract, and you would have to
    vacate the accommodation.
  • If any complaints are extended against the holidaymaker and matters cannot be resolved again
    you would be in breech of contract and would have to vacate.
  • The owner at anytime can enter the unit, you would be given notice unless this was an emergency.
  • Please keep the accommodation at all times clean and tidy if any fixtures or fittings are damaged
    we would ask you to replace them, or pay for any damages that occur.
  • Any damages that do happen please report to the owner ASAP. So that we can rectify the situation.
  • In the event that any facilities are not available, due to maintenance, we would try and get them
    replaced immediately.
  • You should ensure you have your own holiday insurance
    Personal and cancellation insurance
  • We cannot be held responsible for any personal effects.
    YOU MUST TAKE INSURANCE COVER OUT FOR THE ABOVE REASONS.
  • Please note in descriptions of accommodations gas and electricity charges some may be free,
    but some you may have to pay for.
  • In some units we take pets, in others unfortunately we cannot. please note in descriptions
    pet friendly places PETS FREE OF CHARGE.
  • All linen and tea towels are provided FREE OF CHARGE.
  • No towels are provided YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.
  • ARRIVAL TO ALL UNITS WILL BE 15.00HRS UNLESS STATED
    DEPARTURE WILL BE 10.00HRS UNLESS STATED.



    We take every care to ensure that everything is in good working order, should an incident happen out of our control ie: breakdown of a domestic appliance - plumbing - electrics. We would expect you to contact us and report this incident, so that we can try and get this rectified in the first instance, however in some unfortunate cases it may not be possible to repair immediately, if this happens the owner will inform the holidaymaker of the circumstances. We shall endeavour to get any item repaired, however we cannot be held responsible if this is out of our control and no other solution can be offered.


    Pet deposit we will be asking for a refundable deposit for pets of £25.00 per booking.
    Should no damage to the property or any extra cleaning is required we will of course refund this back to yourself.
