This superb cottage is traditional yet with all modern facilities. Set in a quaint yard, this typical fisherman's cottage dates back to the 18th century. The cottage has a traditional stable door entrance and offers nice, cosy and stylish accommodation over 3 floors. There are lots of original features including open-beamed ceilings, exposed stonewalls, dark wooden floors and there are full views of Whitby Abbey from the top floors. These views let you picture the surrounding countryside and still be within a 10min walk from the harbour and all the shopping streets of Whitby. What better way to spend your days in Whitby?
3 mins drive to long stay car park, or a leisurely 5 to 10 mins walk.
2 mins walk to Bagdale Old Hall.
3 mins walk to the park and museum of Whitby.

The cottage has a lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player, fully fitted kitchen in keeping with the traditional cottage (microwave, iron, ironing board, etc) and gas central heating.
There is a shower with WC (1st floor).
There are 2 bedrooms in total over two floors
- 1st floor: Twin bedroom - sleeps 2
- 2nd floor: Double bedroom - sleeps 2 (an extra single bed for a child can be supplied on request)
